Matt Elliott has been helping people buy and sell homes in Northern Virginia since 2002. He was rookie of the year for the largest local real estate firm, and second runner up for all of NVAR. He ranks among the top 1% of all Realtors nationwide, and has received numerous production awards from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, including the NVAR Top Producer award for each year he has been selling real estate. Prior to that experience, he held successful roles in sales and sales management in several business services companies for 7 years, helping several companies successfully complete their Initial Public Offerings. Matt graduated with Cum Laude honors from Liberty University in 1995 with a BS degree in business management.

Pat Flynn started his career in Real Estate in 1997 and never looked back. He holds both GRI & ABR designations, is ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and holds the NVAR multi-million dollar, Life Top Producer award. In his free time Mr. Flynn enjoys spending time with his family, giving back to the community and mentoring others. He actively volunteers with numerous charities including Habitat for Humanity and Reston Interfaith. Mr. Flynn resides in Reston with his wife Arezoo (Zoo) and children Jack and Audrey.

Kevin King is a native Virginian and began his Real Estate career with one of the largest home builders in the country as a Construction and Sales Manager.  He has built and sold over 250 homes in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties.  While there Kevin was the recipient of numerous company awards in customer service, volume of homes built and sold, as well as employee of the year.  He has a track record for outstanding customer service and knowledge of the Northern Virginia home market.  These traits along with an understanding of construction methods and space design give his clients a distinct advantage.  Kevin is a graduate from James Madison University with a BBA in Economics and Marketing Information Systems and currently lives in Reston.
